A breach or violation of any of the terms will result in immediate termination of your service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to purchase an item to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of this service, use of service or access of this service. As well as any content on our website without written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these terms. We also reserve the right to display items on our website with full pricing but do not have to make available for purchase on our website.

The terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

We do not represent any of the brands that we sell. We are not an official stockist for the brands that we sell or that are listed on our website. We can guarantee that all of the items we sell or that are listed on our website are 100% authentic.

As our stock are of vintage deadstock (new and unworn) condition, they can vary between being 30-50 years old from the 70's to 90's era. The piece(s) that you see online, would be the exact piece(s) that you will receive in your order. We ensure we check thoroughly for any damages to the frame prior to shipping and add it to the product description. However, if you notice any damages that are not listed, you have to let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order to be compensated. 

 

SUPPLY TERMS

These Terms and Conditions of supply (“Supply Terms”) set out the basis on which we supply any of the goods (“Goods”) listed on www.fast-tap.com to you. Please read the Supply Terms carefully before ordering any Goods from our website as they contain important information. You should understand that, by ordering any of our Goods, you agree to be bound by these Supply Terms.

You should print and retain a copy of these Supply Terms for your records. In these Supply Terms, unless the context requires otherwise: “Contract” means each contract formed, in accordance to the Terms and Conditions, for the supply of Goods by us to you, into which these Supply Terms shall be incorporated; “Card” means the credit or debit card which you use to make payment for the Goods.

The pricing is made dependant on the value, rarity, condition, model and demand of the item.

All prices at checkout and being listed are in GBP. Where we may offer a currency price conversion, this is to be used as a guideline only. Any fees incurred by yourself or differences in currency conversions used by your card processing company/bank are of your sole responsibility.

 

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order that is placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion limit or cancel quantities purchases per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit or debit card and/or orders that use the same billing/shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. We do not store your card details.
