How do you set-up the card?
To get started, follow these simple steps:
1. Tap your card onto your phone.
2. Open the pop-up Web App page.
3. Create your login and profile.

How does this work?
The FAST TAP card contains a smart chip that wirelessly sends your information to the phone. If you tap the card on compatible phones, a link will open up with your profile - ready to be saved to the phone.
What is your return policy?
We can not accept cards that have been used, which includes the account creation or tapping of the card to any device. As this activates the unique code that is assigned to that specific card.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and has 14 days from date of order placed. Please contact us prior to shipping at: fast.tap.card@gmail.com where we will aim to reply within 24 hours to confirm the return.
Do you do bulk discounts?
Yes! Contact us if you are looking to get cards for your whole team or organisation. We would love to know more about how we can make sure you get the most out of our service.
Can I give these away as gifts?
Yes! Every card comes with a delivery card, envelope and bubble wrap sleeve.
Can I update the information on my card?
Once you receive your card, tap the card to activate your account. Once your account is activated you’ll be able to build your profile. In your account you will be able to update your information as often as you want. Changes made are reflected in real time on the card and on your profile.
